About

Proof, not promises.

You want proof before you hand over your workflows. Andy Robbins and Noah Kruthaupt build AI for founder-led businesses, train the team so it sticks, and show the net impact in hours and dollars saved.

Why we exist

Adopt AI with proof, not promises

Most owners know AI matters. Fewer know where to start without wasting money on tools nobody opens. We close that gap, and we prove it closed.

We agree the number first

We set the hours and dollars we expect to save before we build, so success is a figure you can check, not a feeling.

You approve every step

Nothing ships without your yes. You see the prioritized list and decide what we build and what we leave alone.

We prove it on paper

We measure the before and the after and show you the net impact. If a workflow is not worth it, we tell you.

That is the whole job: we map how you run, build what you approve, train the people who will use it, and measure the before and after. See exactly what we build on the home page.

Where we started

The guide that should have existed

Two builders watched parents and mentors struggle with AI basics: smart people who wanted to use it but hated the jargon and the hype.

Andy and Noah wrote the plain-language guide they wished those people had. It became the book AI for Boomers, written for real life: catch up without tech experience, simplify daily tasks, stay secure, and make better health decisions with clearer information.

The book proved something bigger: when you strip the buzzwords, people adopt AI fast. That work turned into AI Answered, where we do the same for businesses. Plain language, real builds, proof you can read. If you are just getting started, our plain-language guide to ChatGPT is a good first step.

Partners and network

Built inside relationships you can name

You get more than two people. We have shipped inside accelerators, health systems, enterprise teams, and the Cincinnati startup community, and we bring that network to your project.

Andy built the AI long-term memory, automations, and dashboard at Pieces, a developer productivity and AI memory app used at top companies, and he does AI implementation work at Cleveland Clinic. We have worked with Pieces, Cleveland Clinic, Cintrifuse, Cintas, Miami University, Athena42 Capital, CincyAI, and 3 Amigos, including Cintrifuse accelerator cohort companies and teams at Cintas and Miami University.

Those relationships sharpen how we work: bottom-up discovery, client approval before we build, and adoption training so your team actually uses what we ship.

How adoption works

We stay until your team uses it

Most AI work fails at adoption, not software. So we train the people who run the workflow every day and stay with them until it sticks.

You stay in control at every stage, and we do not disappear after a demo. When the numbers check out, we expand to the next workflow on your list, one measured win at a time.

The full six-step process, and everything you can hire us to build, lives on the home page.
