Step 3: Explore One Idea in Detail

Once you see an idea that looks promising, ask the AI to help you figure out how it would actually work. This is where the AI helps you move from "dreaming" to "doing."

Try typing: "I like the idea of the monthly health check-up. Can you help me write a simple flyer that explains why this is a good deal for my customers?" The AI will then help you draft the wording, decide on a price range based on similar businesses, and even suggest how to announce it on your website.

Step 4: Keep the Best, Toss the Rest

Remember that the AI is like a giant "suggestion box." You are the expert who knows your customers best, so don't feel like you have to follow everything it says.

Pick the one or two ideas that feel right for your business and ignore the rest. You are using the AI to expand your thinking, but your "8%"—your human intuition and local knowledge—is what will ultimately make the new idea a success.
